An unique piece of Twente
Since 1400
The Saxon farmyard Erve Woolderink is situated in the small hamlet Rectum, near Rijssen, Wierden and Enter. Since 1400 Erve Woolderink has been occupied by the Woolderink family. In 1797 the old generation decided to replace the old buildings by a new farm. The old farm didn’t allow a renovation, due to its bad state. In 1797 the new Erve Woolderink was realized, as proudly mentioned by the keystone above the farm doors.
At the moment it is a modern organic cattle farm.
It is our mission to produce organic, safe, animal-friendly and delicious food.
National monument
Erve Woolderink is situated in the wonderful scenic landscape of Twente, with wooded banks, age-old trees and surprising vistas. It forms a wonderful, historic setting for the beautiful farm and its sheds. Not for nothing, the farm with sheds have been included in the list of National Monuments.
Erve Woolderink supports organic agriculture.
We are and will remain an organic farm. For this reason we have been EKO-certified (SKAL number 26608)
